Thank you for your email.  Unfortunately I do not perform the lip suspension surgery mentioned in your link and to my knowledge it is not available in the UK at present.

From looking at the before and after pictures on the website a very similar result could be obtained either by dermal filler injections or a permalip implant.  Both of these are available at Aurora Clinics and have a very high success rate.
