I have been considering having my breast enlarged for a few years now and would like to have them done but also lipo on my stomach and my lips enhanced at the same time, would it be possible to have this all done at once? Also with my breasts i can't have scars from the implants because my boyfriend is insistant there aren't any that are massively visable. Do Aurora insert them through the armpit as i know you can have them done this way. I have a friend who has implants but her scars are more like battle wounds and it doesn't look pleasent at all.
